The following equipment is included in the room hire charge:

	portable OHP and free standing screen
	a set of OHP pens and blank acetates
	flipchart stand(s)
	1 flipchart pad and pens
	a magnetic whiteboard, magnets and pens
	a music system to play CDs and music cassettes
	a TV monitor and video player
	an aromatherapy essential oil diffuser

We can arrange to hire the following additional equipment. Their costs plus a small handling fee will be added to the invoice.

	audio/visual equipment
	LCD projection unit

If anyone has other equipment requirements, then we are happy to source them locally for a small handling fee.
